Job Description:
We seek a motivated and results-driven marketer to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling properties within the Isheri/Igando area, specifically focusing on Diamond Estate. As a key part of our marketing team, you must develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
– Promote and market real estate properties in Lagos and neighbouring cities.
– Identify and generate leads through various marketing channels (online, offline, referrals).
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
– Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing clients.
– Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs.
– Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential buyers.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales (minimum of 2 years).
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Knowledge of the Lagos Mainland and Island is a plus for easy navigation.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Familiarity with online marketing platforms and CRM software.
– A passion for real estate and a drive for success.
