Job Description
Supervise and care for children in a safe and nurturing environment
Assist with daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and playtime
Engage children in age-appropriate learning and creative activities
Maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom/play area
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff
Observe and report any concerns regarding children’s behavior or development
Requirements
Experience working with children (school, daycare, or home setting)
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children
Basic communication and organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic first aid knowledge is an added advantage
