Patya Expressions Academy is a creative and technology-focused learning organisation dedicated to nurturing talents, developing skills, and empowering children and young people through creative arts, education, and innovation.
We are seeking for someone who can oversee our centres, strengthen daily operations, drive enrolment and business growth, and ensure the smooth running of our creative and educational programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations and coordination across centres.
* Supervise administration and ensure compliance with procedures.
* Coordinate staff schedules, meetings and performance.
* Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, staff and partners.
* Drive student enrolment, sales, revenue and business growth.
* Lead marketing, publicity and business development for Patya Expressions Academy and Patya Tech.
* Identify growth opportunities, partnerships and service improvements.
* Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in administration, operations, business development or a related field.
* Ability to drive sales, attract students and meet enrolment targets.
* Good planning, problem-solving and people-management skills.
* Basic computer skills and accurate record-keeping.
* Proactive, reliable and results-driven.
* Interest in creative education, child development and technology is an advantage.
